The mission of the Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Coalition (PHIC)
is to promote high standards of professionalism in the home inspection
profession and act as a unified representative voice, on a state level.
PHIC continuously monitors new legislation, that will affect the home
inspection profession or consumers, and confers with State and local
legislators to ensure the highest standards and level of professionalism are
the final resolve.

Some recent projects and accomplishments of the
Coalition include:
 Pennsylvania Common Contract
PHIC has available, a Pennsylvania specific inspection agreement, written for
home inspectors by home inspectors and reviewed and approved by real estate
attorneys, contract attorneys, FREA and Marion Allen Insurance Companies. This
common PA contract is available to PHIC members at a very low cost.
